Tenant Co-ordination
With the high standards required of modern shopping centres, it is imperative that all tenants understand and act upon the landlord's design criteria. We have developed several systems to ensure that roles and construction responsibilities are clearly defined and implemented.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Liaison between tenants, centre management, landlord and the construction team
- Liaison between the leasing team and the professional team
- Drawing up of tenant criteria documents according to the architect's requirements
- Facilitating design approval between tenants and the architect
- Obtaining tenant specific requirements e.g. positioning of services
- Obtaining anchor tenant specification documents and design
- Ensuring that tenants understand submission requirements
- Ensuring that tenants comply with the centre design criteria
- Ensuring that tenants implement the approved design
- Ensuring that tenant information is received on time
- Implementation of systems to monitor and record tenant occupation and trading dates
- Monitoring tenants interface with centre services
- Signage controls and implementation
- Obtaining statutory documentation and compliance certificates
